Connections: Cincinnati nonprofit hires Fayetteville woman as executive director

Cincinnati-based nonprofit Women in the Marketplace (WiM) has hired Catherine Gates of Fayetteville as executive director. WiM helps working women grow in faith, build relationships and impact the community.

Gates helped start Christian Women in the Workplace (CWW), a grassroots organization that has served women in Northwest Arkansas since 2017 and is merging with WiM.

Before joining WiM, Gates was senior director of content and partnership for Rogers nonprofit Workmatters.
