Connections: Mathews Management Corp. honored for McDonald’s operations

McDonald’s Corp. of Chicago recently honored Springdale-based Mathews Management Corp. with the Operations Excellence Award. Bill Mathews is president of Mathews Management, which owns and operates 35 McDonald’s restaurants in Northwest Arkansas, southwest Missouri and northeast Oklahoma.

The award recognizes franchisees with the highest levels of quality, service, cleanliness and value. Only two awards are given annually from the McDonald’s Corp. field office in Dallas, which includes restaurants in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
