New marketing firm in Bentonville focuses in retail, e-commerce
A group with experience working in Northwest Arkansas’ supplier community has launched a new company in Bentonville.
Levio Agency focuses on retail and e-commerce services through two divisions. The first offers e-commerce help to consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies, including access to item photography and video creation facilities. The other provides written content creation, including social media services and item descriptions for e-commerce.
“This couldn’t be further from what we were doing before,” founder Amanda Apple said in a statement. “In the past, we focused entirely on helping suppliers form connections and enhance skills. We’re now on the other end of the equation and have fully transformed into service providers.
Apple also handles the company’s sales and business development. Joshua Irwin is Levio’s full-time staff videographer and editor, and Meredith Carter is creative director. Cynthia Maggard heads up the written content division and directs social media services. They all previously worked together at Bentonville company Supplier Community. Matt Fifer founded the consulting and events group in 2017 as a resource center for retailers and suppliers.
Apple said Levio’s services will focus heavily on Walmart suppliers’ needs, but clients also include large retailers and suppliers with no connections to Bentonville.
