Bills Super Foods makes ‘super’ deals on real estate purchases
Bills Super Foods made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County May 15 through June 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. The company spent $2.941 million to buy a grocery store at 200 East Johnson. The deal was completed May 22.
Bills Super Foods also made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. It bought another grocery store for $2.608 million. The deal was completed May 21.
In the third largest real estate deals in the region, Adam Sills bought a house in the Greensboro Farms Phase IV. The deal was for $740,000 and it was completed May 20.
