Fayetteville marketing firm opens Atlanta office

Fayetteville-based marketing agency The Artist Evolution has added an office in Atlanta as part of an expansion plan to add 10 partner territories in five years.

The agency is working with MJH Marketing to create a physical presence in the city that many of the agency’s employees consider a second home. MJH Marketing is a holding company for the minority owner in The Artist Evolution Atlanta and will operate under The Artist Evolution brand, said Derek Champagne, co-founder and CEO.

The agency plans to maintain its headquarters in Northwest Arkansas while adding territory owners and partners in growing markets, Champagne said. Along with the new Atlanta office, the agency plans to establish partner territories in Nashville, Tenn., and Dallas later this summer, along with more locations planned for 2021.

The Atlanta office was established in co-office WeWork space and is led by Justin Hegwood, president and co-founder of the branch. Hegwood has more than a decade of experience in developing and managing medical practices and has a background in business-to-business sales. Hegwood looks to grow The Artist Evolution brand in the Atlanta area amid years-long connections with many businesses there.

“I am very excited to partner with The Artist Evolution in the Atlanta area,” Hegwood said. “This partnership will allow us at The Artist Evolution to better assist our existing and future clients in reaching their goals.”

The company’s partners and territory owners will focus on business development in their respective markets, while the majority of the services, products and administration are managed at the agency’s headquarters in Fayetteville, Champagne said. The Artist Evolution also has a satellite office in WeWork space on Madison Avenue in New York City.

The agency has more than 30 employees and offers services including graphic design, print services, social media marketing and strategic marketing campaigns.
