Car Wash sale tops NEA big deals at $1.3 million

Sai Real Estate LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County between Jan. 15 through Feb. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. Sai spent $1.3 million to buy the former Elephant Car Wash on Caraway Road. The deal was completed Jan. 23.

JRM4 LLC, made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. It bought the Phillips 66 store on Arkansas 1 South for $1.032 million. The deal closed Feb. 5.

In the third largest real estate deal in the region, Mears Brothers Investments bought Ward Wrecker Service garage and office on U.S. 63 in Bono. The transaction was for $550,000 and completed Jan. 28.
