First Watch, whose concept is built on a “healthy and fresh” breakfast, brunch and lunch menu, is now open in Bentonville.

Franchisees James Tillman and Joseph Hulston, operating through the company name Ozark Endeavors, signed a lease for 5,100 square feet at 500 S.E. Walton Blvd. The restaurant opened Jan. 28.

Based in Florida, First Watch Restaurants Inc. has roughly 375 restaurants in 29 states.

Ozark Endeavors now has six Fresh Watch locations in its portfolio: three Missouri stores in Springfield (2) and Joplin and one each in Fayetteville, Rogers and Bentonville. The Arkansas stores all opened in the past six months and combined have roughly 60 full-time employees. Hulston has moved from Missouri to Northwest Arkansas to manage those properties.

Ozark Endeavors owns a standalone restaurant at 3251 N. College Ave. in Fayetteville. The company is leasing space for the Rogers restaurant at 5206 W. Village Parkway, in the Village on the Creeks development.

“When we opened First Watch in Rogers last year, we couldn’t have anticipated the amazing response from our new neighbors,” Tillman said. “We’re confident that our fresh and innovative brunch options and people-first service will resonate well with this dynamic community in Bentonville. We’re grateful for the opportunity to serve our new friends here.”

First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
