Hopper named president for Arvest Bank in Berryville
Arvest Bank has promoted Jami Hopper to community bank president in Berryville
Hopper has 21 years of industry experience – all at Arvest – and has served in a variety of roles, including branch sales manager, regional branch sales manager and multiple lending positions.
As community bank president, according to a news release, Hopper will formulate a hierarchy of objectives, standards of performance, strategies, plans, and budgets, among other duties, for Arvest in Berryville.
“Jodi’s wealth of knowledge and experience, as well her deep roots in Berryville, make her an ideal person to lead Arvest in this community,” Arvest regional director of community banks Greg Stanfill said in a statement. “Her passion for helping our customers and meeting the needs of the Berryville community is evident, and I know she is excited to get started.”
Hopper earned an associate degree from North Arkansas College and will graduate from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in July.
She has been an active member of the Greater Berryville Area Chamber of Commerce, Berryville Rotary Club and Berryville Lions Club. She’s also a member of Grandview Baptist Church. Hopper lives in Berryville with her husband, Russell, and their children.
