$2.9 million shopping center deal leads monthly Jonesboro transactions

Erving Ridge Consulting & Development LLC made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County between Oct. 15 through Nov. 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. Erving spent $2.9 million to buy a community shopping center on Red Wolf Boulevard. The deal was completed Oct. 18.

Halltown Farms LLC, made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. It bought the Five Guys Restaurant and retail store for $1.35 million. The deal was completed Nov. 1.

In the third largest real estate deal in the region, Bill Bristow PA Profit Sharing Trust bought 242 cropland acres in rural Craighead County. The deal was worth $1.193 and was completed Oct. 17.
