Haag Brown’s shopping center buy tops transactions

Haag Brown Development LLC of Jonesboro made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County between June 15 and July 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office.

Haag Brown spent $7.29 million to buy a shopping center at 3009 East Highland Drive in Jonesboro. The deal was completed June 26.

Gera Investments LLC made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. It bought a house for $1.3 million in Sloan’s Minor subdivision. The deal was completed July 1.

In the third largest real estate deal in the region, Fred’s Stores of Tennessee sold a retail building at 2308 South Caraway Road to Corolla Capital Partners LLC. The deal was worth $1.2 million and was completed on July 11.
