Crye-Leike opens second Fayetteville office
Nashville, Tenn.-based Crye-Leike Real Estate Services has opened a second Fayetteville office at 3484 W. Wedington Drive in the Shoppes at Wedington development. Harold Crye, the co-founder and CEO of the real estate firm, owns the 15,820-square-foot building.
Brandon Irvine, who has worked in the real estate industry for four years, is the managing broker of the new office. He said he is recruiting between 15 and 20 real estate agents in the coming months.
“I am very thankful for the opportunity Crye-Leike has given to me with this new office,” Irvine said. “I’m very passionate about teaching and mentoring, and am eager to serve the people of west Fayetteville and all of Northwest Arkansas.”
Crye-Leike now has 25 offices in Arkansas, including 10 in Benton and Washington counties. The company also has a Fayetteville office at 1280 E. Stearns St.
With a residential sales volume in 2018 of $322.91 million, Crye-Leike ranked No. 5 on the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s list of Largest Real Estate Firms, published in March.
