Shopping center sale tops biggest deals in past month
Scarco Development LLC of Jonesboro, made the most significant residential and commercial property transfer in Craighead County between May 15 and June 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office.
Scarco spent $2 million to buy a shopping center at 2929 South Caraway Road. The deal was completed June 10. Scarco’s registered agent is Ryan George.
Matthew and Jennifer Daniel, made the second most significant real estate purchase in the region during the period. They bought a house for $950,000 in Plantation Estates. The deal was completed May 29.
In the third largest real estate deal in the region, Centerline LLC. sold four acres of residential property on McClellan Drive to I &C Rentals. The deal was worth $936,000 and was completed on May 28.
