Saatchi & Saatchi X ranked on Ad Age’s annual 50 Best Places to Work list

Springdale-based shopper marketing agency Saatchi & Saatchi X has been named as a best place to work by industry publication Advertising Age. The award recognizes the best employers in the Advertising and Marketing industries and acknowledges excellence in creating quality workplaces for employees.

Saatchi & Saatchi is the only Arkansas firm among the 50 companies on the list. It’s the company’s second time to be included on the annual list.

“We are thrilled to be recognized once again by Ad Age,” CEO Jessica Hendrix said in a news release. “We know this award reflects our culture of the hard work and serious fun with have with amazing clients who partner with us to bring to life cool ideas and executions. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone on our team for their daily contributions which led to earning this award.”

Companies from across the U.S. entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work list. Inclusion is based on employee scores of each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. Employee experience at the agency is also considered.

Saatchi & Saatchi X has 140 employees. In addition to its headquarters in Springdale, the company also has offices in Cincinnati, Dallas and San Bruno, Calif.
