Clubhaus Fitness planning second Fayetteville location
Clubhaus Fitness owner Stuart Walker said the Fayetteville health club will open a second location in the city next month.
Walker said Clubhaus has leased 2,950 square feet at 2907 E. Joyce Blvd., at the intersection of North Crossover Road. The 19,600-square-foot building is owned by Paradise Point LLC, managed by Kirk Elsass, Kim Fugitt and Gary Head. The space was formerly occupied by Maca Boutique, which recently closed.
The lease term is for five years.
The new Clubhaus location will open for business Oct. 9 and operate seven days a week, from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
“What makes Clubhaus unique is our focus on overall wellness within the community while providing boutique, high-end fitness that remains approachable and affordable,” Walker said. “At our new facility, programming will be designed to cater to all fitness levels.”
The uptown Fayetteville location will have full-service locker rooms with showers and personal trainers. New members will have access to the flagship Fayetteville gym at 612 W. Dickson St.
Clubhaus opened in Fayetteville in 2009 and added a second location in Little Rock in 2014 on Rebsamen Park Road.
Clubhaus has a full time staff of 15, with upwards of 70 instructors and part-time employees.
