Grand Savings Bank announces promotions, new hire
Guy Cable, CEO of Grands Savings Bank, announced three executive promotions and one new hire this week.
Tyler Steele has been promoted to vice chairman of the bank’s board of directors. Steele joined the bank in 2012 as NWA market president and has nearly 20 years’ experience in Northwest Arkansas in banking and real estate development. In addition to his board duties, Tyler oversees all market presidents and is responsible for the bank’s loan and deposit growth in addition to business development and community involvement.
Tommy Coughlin has been promoted from vice president to Bentonville/Rogers market president. Coughlin has more than 12 years of experience in the banking industry.
Cable also announced the promotion of Carla Martinez to market president of Western Benton County. This will expand her previous role as market president of the Gentry and Decatur locations to include Siloam Springs and Gravette, which are scheduled to open later this year.
Natalie Bartholomew has also been hired as chief marketing officer and vice president. She has more than 16 years of banking experience, most recently with First National Bank of NWA.
Grand Savings Bank, headquartered in Grove, Okla., has nine locations and 11 ATMs in Northwest Arkansas and northeast Oklahoma.
