Fayetteville law firm Smith Hurst opens second office in Hunt Tower
A Northwest Arkansas law firm has expanded its footprint.
Smith Hurst PLC, a regional business law and private wealth law firm, has opened an approximately 2,500-square-foot office in Rogers, on the eighth floor of the 10-story Hunt Tower office building at 5100 W. J.B. Hunt Drive. The building, opened to its first tenant in November 2015, is owned by Hunt Ventures and has an occupancy rate of 75% according to Tom Allen, an executive with Sage Partners, the building’s leasing representative.
Smith Hurst was founded by Jim Smith and Rebecca Hurst and opened its first office in 2011 in Fayetteville, at 226 W. Dickson St.
“We have a tremendous amount of business and so many clients in Rogers and Bentonville that we felt we needed to have a second location in Rogers to be more easily accessible and better serve those clients,” Hurst said. “The Hunt Tower is an incredible office building with an ideal location for us in Pinnacle Hills.”
Smith Hurst’s practice areas include business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, intellectual property law, tax, asset protection and estate planning. The firm has four attorneys.
