Lt. Governor Griffin to report $191,000 4Q haul
Arkansas Lt. Governor Tim Griffin, who announced his bid for re-election in 2018 late last year, will report raising more than 191,000 during the fourth quarter of 2017.
Griffin’s fundraising haul left him with more than $215,000 cash on hand as of Dec. 31.
Since announcing his re-election campaign for Lt. Governor, Griffin has raised $245,650.
“I am deeply honored and grateful for the outpouring of early support. Arkansans are making it clear that they want to keep a conservative advocate for government reform, less spending and lower taxes as their lieutenant governor. I am thankful for the commitment and encouragement of my fellow Arkansans.”
Griffin, a Republican, served two terms as a U.S. Congressman. No Democrat has announced plans to challenge him in 2018.
