Gov. Asa Hutchinson on Monday (March 14) announced the following appointments:

Katy Morris, Conway, to the Arkansas State Independent Living Council. Appointment expires Feb. 1, 2017.

Martin McDonell, Greenwood, to the Arkansas State Independent Living Council. Appointment expires Feb. 1, 2019. Replaces Robyn Horn.

Ezell Breedlove, Little Rock, to the Arkansas State Independent Living Council. Appointment expires Feb. 1, 2017.

Sarah Capp, Ozark, to the Arkansas Development Finance Authority Board of Directors. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2020. Replaces Alan Turnbo.
