Sen. Marco Rubio to make first Arkansas appearance on Sunday
GOP Presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., will be in Little Rock for his first Arkansas visit of the 2016 presidential election cycle on Sunday, Feb. 21.
The event is scheduled for the State House Convention Center in downtown Little Rock at 4:30 p.m. Attendance is free, but participants must register to take part in the event.
Doors open at 3:30 p.m. to enter.

Rubio, who tied for second in a recent Talk Business & Politics-Hendrix College poll of GOP primary voters, has also picked up endorsements from 28 elected officials in Arkansas this week, including Lt. Gov. Tim Griffin and U.S. Reps. Rick Crawford, R-Jonesboro, and Steve Womack, R-Rogers.
