ASU online MBA program ranks 10th with U.S. News & World Report
Arkansas State University’s Master of Business Administration online program broke into the national Top 10 according to the 2016 U.S. News & World Report rankings. Additionally, for the third consecutive year, ASU ranks first in the nation in the component of faculty credentials and training among ranked universities.
“I am very proud that Arkansas State has moved up in the overall rankings,” said Dr. Shane Hunt, dean of the College of Business. “This is a tremendous accomplishment and a great testament to the work that Dr. Bill Roe, associate dean and director of the Graduate Business Programs, the graduate programs committee and all of us have done to provide the highest-quality education possible to our graduate business students.”
ASU, tied with Auburn at 10th, is in good company in the Top 10 with universities including Indiana, Florida, North Carolina, Carnegie Mellon and Penn State. Additionally, Arkansas State is the only school from the state to rank in the Top 100 nationally. Last year, ASU was ranked 12th.
According to U.S. News & World Report, master’s degree programs in business administration have a greater enrollment than any other type of graduate business degree program. Prospective students often narrow their research exclusively to programs that award MBAs.
The ASU online MBA program was created to provide high-quality, flexible graduate management education for students with varied academic and professional backgrounds. The program is ideal for aspiring working professionals who are interested in a graduate program that is more adaptable with working schedules than traditional MBAs.
