Hart Construction, The Cone Group create the Hart | Cone alliance
Searcy-based Hart Construction and Little Rock-based The Cone Group have announced an alliance resulting in the creation of Hart | Cone. The deal was effective Nov. 9.
Jimmy Cone, president of The Cone Group, will serve as director of pre-construction services. Adam Hart, creator and owner of Hart Construction, will serve as president.
Hart | Cone has more than 75 years of varied sector experience to their existing and new clients.
Established in 1956 and with only two presidents to date, The Cone Group has more than 1,000 projects in its portfolio. Much of The Cone Group work is in the education, health, and financial sectors with recent jobs including The Shackleford Crossing Shopping Center, the Arkansas Cancer Research Center, and the Hillside Auditorium at the University of Arkansas.

Created in 2003 by Memphis native and Harding graduate, Adam Hart, Hart Construction has grown in the retail, food and beverage, and tenant finish sectors with offices now located in Little Rock, Fayetteville, Searcy, and Memphis. Recent projects include the Pleasant Crossings Shoppes in Rogers, Tractor Supply in Blytheville, and Siloam Springs Regional Medical Clinic.
