Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, who is vying for the GOP Presidential nomination, announced his leadership team in Arkansas, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee – all states with early primaries in 2016.

The announcements include an assortment of elected officials and state campaign chairmen.

“Brick by brick, we have a strong grassroots team that is swelling across the country that will power us through the Republican primary,” said Huckabee. “The early SEC primary elections are a key plank to our campaign strategy, and I look forward to campaigning in Arkansas, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and other critically important southern states.”

Arkansas moved its primary date from late May to early March in 2016, in part to participate in the “SEC primary,” a Super Tuesday election day that will include several Southern states holding primary elections on March 1, 2016.
