Health Insurance Education & Enrollment Fair
A free Education and Enrollment Fair will be presented Monday, Feb. 24, to assist Northwest Arkansas residents with enrollment in health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace. The event is scheduled for 1 – 7 p.m. at the Pat Walker Center for Seniors, 12 E. Appleby Road, on the Washington Regional Medical Center campus.
The public is invited to attend to learn more about health insurance options available through the new Health Insurance Marketplace. Area residents can get information about the financial assistance now available to help pay insurance premiums and meet with trained, licensed guides for enrollment assistance.
To be eligible to enroll, a person must be between the ages of 18 and 64, live in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen or lawfully present. Anyone who plans to enroll should be prepared with:
Birthdate and Social Security Number (or document numbers for legal immigrants) for each member of their household
Employer and income information for each member of their household (for example, pay stubs, W-2 forms, wage and tax statements)
This event is presented by Health Partners, Washington Regional, Arkansas Health Connector and the Health Insurance Marketplace.
