Brown’s Collision Center receives Farmer’s Insurance award
Bentonville-based Brown’s Collision Center was recently awarded the 2012 Eastern Division Shop of the Year by Farmer's Insurance.
According to a statement from Brown’s, there were 663 collision centers in 23 states considered for the award. Deciding criteria included, but were not limited to, estimating skills, volume, quality of repair, customer service, and level of involvement in the community.
The award ceremony was held April 18, and was presented to Keith Brown by Randy Webb (district supervisor), and Kent Snider (Farmers Arkansas COD direct repair field consultant) along with many other Farmer's agents in attendance.
“We are excited to represent Northwest Arkansas with this honor, and will continue to provide premier service for the community,” Brown said.
Brown's Collision Center was established in 1954 by Kenneth Brown, Keith's late father. Keith Brown, CEO, has owned and operated the business for the past 37 years with his wife Elizabeth, co-wwner and CFO.
