Equip your family with the communication skills and information needed to jointly plan for the future. The Future Is Now is a free program specifically designed to include your family member with special needs in the planning process – giving them input into their future living arrangements, community role and lifestyle preferences. This 5-part program specifies the available resources, needed supports and action steps required to achieve these outcomes.
