Arvest promotes Ruddell to private banking post
Arvest Bank announced Tuesday (Mar. 5) that Joe Ruddell has accepted the position of private banking business development officer.
Ruddell will work in the Village on the Creeks location of Arvest Bank. He replaces Heath Stanley, who recently transferred to Springdale.
Ruddell has been with Arvest Bank since 2009, and prior to accepting this position was the treasury management manager for Arvest Benton County. His previous work experience includes seven years as a chief financial officer for a marketing and manufacturing company and 15 years in the banking industry serving in various positions.
“Joe is an immensely experienced, qualified financial specialist who knows the Northwest Arkansas business community,” Robyn Breshears, regional private banking manager for Arvest Bank in Benton County, said in a statement. “His knowledge and expertise are a great fit for this position.”
Ruddell has a bachelor’s of arts degree in business and economics from Hendrix College in Conway and a graduate degree in banking from Southwestern Graduate School of Banking, Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Walton Institute and Leadership Benton County.
Ruddell also serves on the loan committee for Community Resource Group Inc., a seven-state water and wastewater management company and on the steering committee for First Leadership through the Rogers/Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce.
