UARK Bowl is Northwest Arkansas’ comedy destination! Season Headliner Doug Stanhope will perform on Tuesday, March 26 at 8pm. Stanhope has been touted as one of the most important stand-up comics working today. His material ranges from graphic parodies to volatile social criticism. Stanhope is opinionated, brutally honest and shockingly uninhibited. He has built a wide-ranging television resume of dubious achievement. He hosted “The Man Show” on Comedy Central and has appeared on shows, such as "The Howard Stern Show," "Comedy Central Presents," and NBC's "Late Friday." He has even popped up on "Fox News with Greta Van Susteren" and "The Jerry Springer Show," but none of it compares to seeing him live. Stanhope is a two-time winner of Time Out New York’s “Best Comedy Performance of the Year.”  He has appeared at multiple major comedy and was elected by both Variety and the Hollywood Reporter as one of the Top Ten Comics To Watch.
