“We are very fortunate to have board members who care deeply about making Northwest Arkansas a better place in which to live and particularly about ensuring that abused and neglected children have a safe haven where they can begin to heal from the hurts they have experienced and catch a glimpse of hope for a better future,” said Steve Schotta, executive director of the shelter. “Arist Mastorides and Jeff Harsh certainly fit that description. We are honored that they have agreed to serve and know that they will make significant contributions of time, energy, resources and creativity to help us achieve our daily mission and develop and attain our strategic goals.”
