International trade finance seminar coming to Rogers
Arkansas companies wanting to learn to finance their export sales’ growth and to mitigate payment risks have a learning opportunity available in both Little Rock and Rogers.
The Little Rock event is 9 am to 11:30 am on Tuesday, Nov. 6 at the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce.
The Rogers event is 9 am to 11:30 am on Wednesday, Nov. 7, at the Arkansas World Trade Center.
The programs are free, but registration is required. Registration is available online: Little Rock; Rogers.
The Arkansas U.S. Export Assistance Center and the Arkansas District Export Council are working with the Little Rock Chamber and the Arkansas World Trade Center to offer the programs. The programs will include formal presentations from the Export-Import Bank of the United States; U.S. Small Business Administration; Regions Financial Corporation; and the Bank of Oklahoma.
The programs are designed to give valuable information for small and medium-sized businesses in Arkansas and the presentations will detail the products, programs and services available to mitigate risks associated with export transactions (i.e. international letters of credit; documentary collections; working capital loans; foreign receivables insurance; & guaranteed term financing).
