Ferguson joins Liberty Bank
Michael Ferguson has joined Liberty Bank of Arkansas as vice president for lending. He will office at 4706 S. Thompson Ave. in Springdale.
“We are excited to have Michael join our banking team,” said Howard Hamillton, regional president for the bank. “His considerable lending experience, along with his dedicated community service, will be valuable in helping us to provide the life-long financial needs in the Northwest Arkansas communities we serve."
Ferguson, an 11-year banking veteran, has been in commercial lending for the past seven. A life-long resident of Fayetteville, Ferguson graduated from Fayetteville High School and obtained a bachelors' degree in agriculture business from the University of Arkansas.
Ferguson has served on the Fayetteville Civil Service Commission for the past six years and is a past chairman. He also has coached for the U-SSSA baseball association for the past three years and is a member of Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville.
