Mo Enchiladas in Rogers

A few weeks ago, we told you Starbucks would be one of the tenants in the new building going up behind Walgreens at Promenade Boulevard and West New Hope Road.

Now we hear the second tenant in the 7,400-SF building at 2003 Promenade Blvd. will be Mojito’s Mexican Grill, a restaurant that has had a Fayetteville location since March 2009.

Incorporation papers for Mojitos Mexican Grill 2 LLC were filed with the Arkansas Secretary of State’s office April 11, with Juan M. Montes of Fayetteville as the registered agent.

Members of the Montes family operate a number of other Mexican restaurant chains in Northwest Arkansas, including La Huerta.
