J.B. Hunt CEO Roberts Earns $5.3 Million in 2011

A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Roberts joined the company in 1989 as a management trainee. Before being elected by the J.B. Hunt board as president and CEO, Roberts had served as executive vice president and president of dedicated contract services.

  • David G. Mee, EVP of finance and administration and CFO, $1,259,448.
  • Kirk Thompson, chairman of the board, $3,553,413.
  • Paul R. Bergant, EVP, chief marketing officers and president of intermodal, $679,108. (Bergant retired from the company Jan. 1. Terrence D. Matthews took over the position of executive vice president and president of intermodal.)
  • Craig Harper, EVP of operations and COO, $1,280,223.

The company will hold its annual meeting at 10 a.m. April 26 at the cooperate offices of J.B. Hunt at 614 J.B. Hunt Corporate Drive in Lowell, the proxy said.
