Beebe makes appointments to boards, commissions

Gov. Mike Beebe on Wednesday (Feb. 29) announced the following appointments to boards and commissions:

Kathy Burl, North Little Rock, reappointed to the Arkansas State Board of Athletic Training. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2015.

Bradford Caldwell, Wynne, reappointed to the Arkansas Science and Technology Authority. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2016.

The Honorable Chris Claybaker, Camden, reappointed to the Arkansas Fire and Police Pension Review Board. Appointment expires Jan. 1, 2016.

Dr. Richard Cohoon, Russellville, reappointed to the Arkansas Geological Commission. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2019.

Dr. Terry DeWitt, Arkadelphia, reappointed to the Arkansas State Board of Athletic Training. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2015.

John Felts, Little Rock, reappointed to the Parole Board. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2019.

Ken Fritsche, Greenwood, reappointed to the Arkansas Geological Commission. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2019.

John Logan, Blytheville, to the Arkansas Northeastern College Board of Trustees. Appointment expires Dec. 31, 2016. Replaces Jerry Sims.

The Honorable Jackie McPherson, Heber Springs, reappointed to the Arkansas Fire and Police Pension Review Board. Appointment expires Jan. 1, 2016.

J. Michael Nauman, Little Rock, reappointed to the Arkansas Science and Technology Authority. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2016.

Gary Nutter, Texarkana, as Miller County Justice of the Peace for District 1. Appointment expires Dec. 31, 2012. Replaces Joe Gillenwater.

Barney Hugh Reeves, Magnolia, reappointed to the Arkansas Commission of Law Enforcement Standards and Training. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2019.

Jennifer Ronnel, Little Rock, reappointed to the Arkansas Development Finance Authority Board of Directors. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2016.

Jesse Sharp, Beebe, reappointed to the Arkansas Development Finance Authority Board of Directors. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2016.
