United Federal Credit Union names Shibley as branch manager

Tia Shibley has been appointed branch manager of the United Federal Credit Union (UFCU) in-store branch located at the Walmart Supercenter, 4870 Elm Spring Roadside, Springdale.
Shibley will be responsible for providing operational leadership to branch staff, including staff development and retention, and growth of branch sales performance.
Shibley was previously assistant manager of the Springdale branch, where she supervised branch staff in areas including scheduling, maintenance of daily operations, process improvement, check cashing decisions and other Member exceptions. Prior experience also includes member service advisor and teller duties at UFCU operations in Fort Smith.
A native of Greenwood, Shibley has an associate’s degree from Carl Albert State College in Poteau, Okla.. She lives in Fayetteville.
