Springdale-based On Time Logistics has expanded its final mile delivery service in central Arkansas after signing a two-year lease for 10,400 square feet at Little Rock Corporate Center. On Tuesday (Aug. 14), Colliers International, a commercial real estate company, announced the lease, which was signed Aug. 7.

The on-demand, same-day carrier has offered service in Little Rock and Tulsa since 2015, but Tim Ward, director of sales and marketing, said its Little Rock service had been covered by another company, Now, On Time Logistics will cover the Little Rock area.

“This is a great opportunity for a Northwest Arkansas company to expand into the Little Rock market,” said Nathan Monan of Colliers International, who represented the property owner in the agreement.

The lease is for suites 47 and 48 in the center at 7123 Interstate 30. On Time Logistics also signed an agreement for first right of refusal on 5,200 square feet in Suite 49. Steve Jones, president and CEO of On Time Logistics, represented the company in the agreement.

“We are very excited to expand into the Little Rock market,” Jones said. “We look forward to a long-term business relationship in central Arkansas.”

After the company that was handling the Little Rock area for On Time Logistics decided to stop providing service to its customer, Wayfair.com, the e-commerce company reached out to On Time Logistics about providing the service before agreeing to offer it, Ward said.

In 2007, Jones established On Time Logistics, serving Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas. In September 2016, the company opened a Tulsa office.
