Cameron Smith & Associates recognized by Forbes as one of nation’s top recruiting firms

Rogers-based Cameron Smith & Associates (CSA) has been included in the inaugural ranking of America’s Best Recruiting Firms, published recently by Forbes.
Forbes’ rankings recognize the nation’s top recruiting firms in two different categories: The Top 250 Executive Search Firms and the Top 250 Professional Search Firms. CSA is ranked 96th in the Professional Search category, and is the only Arkansas-based recruiting firm on the list.
The ranking is based on three surveys among 18,000 external recruiters, 3,000 candidates and 500 HR managers. The results for both categories can be viewed online.
CSA has a longstanding reputation as the first choice in recruiting for the suppliers to Wal-Mart Stores. As local consumer products teams evolved, CSA recognized the need to recruit talent with more diverse expertise and made a significant investment to expand its business to a national footprint a decade ago.
“‘Never stop growing’ has been our internal motto since 1994,” Cameron Smith said in a company news release. “Our main focus has been expanding nationally within the consumer goods industry. We have also extended our reach into IT, finance, and placing gender diversity on public boards.”
