With this strong team in place we are confident in Acorn’s ability to continue to bring the best in emerging trends in influencer marketing and reporting to the marketplace.”

“Acorn’s success is due to the intelligent work of our employees and support of our owners and leadership,” Braselton said in the press release. “By understanding and bringing the best in emerging trends in influencer marketing, Acorn will continue bringing the best ideas and campaigns to our clients.”

Acorn founder Stephanie McCratic left the company in December. At the time, McCratic said it was a mutual decision between her and the rest of the company’s leadership, and that changes in her personal life prompted her to take a step back.

McCratic was CEO and owned half the company. She sold her portion of Acorn Influence to NewRoad Capital Partners investors in Rogers, the other majority shareholder.

She is now a business development advisor for the supplier education company 8th & Walton in Bentonville.
