Talk Business & Politics has launched a new microsite aimed at providing more news in the banking, finance and investment sectors. The industry microsite is sponsored by Stephens Inc.

Features of the new Finance • Banking • Investments page include recent stories and news briefs focused on the world of banking, finance, investments, real estate and insurance, as well as Q&A’s with industry leaders and officials and video interviews with economists and other experts.

The microsite has a lengthy resource list in one centralized area that consolidates a host of federal, regional and state agencies, trade associations and data resources. Additionally, the Finance microsite provides updated market data for major stock indices as well as publicly-traded banks headquartered and with a large presence in Arkansas.

“We’re proud to add this specialty news site to our portfolio of existing microsites,” said Roby Brock, Talk Business & Politics Editor-in-Chief. “The financial sector and all of its subsidiaries are the biggest drivers of all economic news and with this new site we will grow to provide the most robust coverage in this field.”

The Finance microsite is the latest to be launched by Talk Business & Politics and is now one of six microsites providing focused coverage on important economic sectors. Following is a summary of the other five microsites.

The microsite is sponsored by Arkansas Manufacturing Solutions.
