The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center presents “Top-Notch Customer Service” on July 30 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Central Mall in Fort Smith. Customer service is a cost-free marketing technique and a way to set your business apart from your competitors. Join us at this lunch and learn workshop to understand how to stop barriers to customer service, meet customer expectations, handle unhappy customers, and create a culture of customer service!
