Eric Pianalto to Speak at Forty Under 40 Event

Northwest Arkansas native Eric Pianalto will be the featured speaker at the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal‘s 19thannual Forty Under 40 event.
The luncheon will be held Aug. 18 at the Embassy Suites in Rogers. It is sponsored by Intrust Bank.
Pianalto, president of Mercy Northwest Arkansas, will give the keynote speech and also meet privately with this year’s honorees prior to the luncheon.
The Business Journal annually honors 40 individuals under the age of 40 who were nominated as best in class by their peers in all industries.
Pianalto, a Tontitown native, took over as interim president in July 2013 when former president Scott Street moved to a different role within the institution. The interim label was removed in November that same year.
Pianalto has been with Mercy since 1997, in a variety of diverse roles. Before accepting the job as president, he was chief operating officer for regional operations in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
Pianalto is also an alum of the Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 program, having been honored in 2003.
