Public Reception: Thursday, June 11, 5-7pm   This exhibition will showcase original works created by children from grades 3-5 and represents a variety of subject matter chosen by the students. Art plays a critical role in the curriculum at the Montessori School of Fort Smith. Under the direction of Raina Al Assadi, students study and test a variety of media, including watercolor, charcoal, acrylics, yarn and much more. This gives the students the opportunity to both learn about a number of methods and also to discover the medium with which they enjoy working.
