Here’s another restaurant-related note, though this is nothing for foodies to get excited about.
Arizona-based tire and wheel retailer Discount Tire has entered into a ground lease agreement to open a store at 3875 N. Shiloh Drive in the former Dixie Café location. The Little Rock-based restaurant chain closed its Fayetteville location on North Shiloh Drive in the fall of 2013.
Discount Tire currently operates more than 875 stores across the country, but this will be its first Arkansas development.
The Shiloh Drive property is owned by Shiloh Road Partners LLC, led by Joe Jarratt of Memphis.
Clinton Bennett of CBRE|Northwest Arkansas of Fayetteville brokered the ground lease agreement on behalf of Jarratt.
