First National Title Co. may be on the move in Fayetteville.
The Little Rock-based company, which has five statewide offices including Fayetteville and Bentonville, recently paid Enterprise Bank & Trust of Missouri $175,000 for a 1.17-acre lot just south of Joyce Boulevard at the corner of Vantage Drive and East Rainforest Road, next to the Hedberg Allergy & Asthma Center.
Executive vice president David Harrison tells us the company’s lease at its Fayetteville location is due to expire in 2015. FNT is currently in a building owned by Schmieding Foundation Inc. at 3996 Frontage Road.
“We’ve already put the landlord on notice,” he said. “We’ve been investigating our options about whether to buy dirt or find an existing facility and we thought this was a good buy. We haven’t engaged any contractors yet to break ground but it certainly looks like there is that chance. We’re delighted to have this as a viable option.”
T.J. Lefler, a partner at commercial real estate firm Sage Partners, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
