Mayors’ Races Settled In Region

There were a variety of runoff races settled on Tuesday night in Northeast Arkansas with several mayor match-up results complete.

Jimmy Clark defeated Paul Muse for mayor of Heber Springs by a 62-38% margin.

Larry Tinker beat Dennis Coggins 76-24% for mayor of Hoxie.

In Corning, Rob Young defeated J.H. Ermert 54-46% for the Clay County town’s top post.

James Sanders was re-elected mayor of Blytheville over Tommy Abbott by a narrow margin – just 27 votes.
