Cotton, the Republican challenger to Democratic Sen. Mark Pryor, discusses a wide range of topics in the interview including foreign policy, his new marriage, military service and why he thinks he can make a difference in the U.S. Senate.

“It’s not like a normal workplace where your boss can say, ‘Do this or else.’ The kind of leadership you see there is much more about persuasion, teamwork, motivation. You’ve got to keep a good positive spirit about yourself. Because you may be like mortal adversaries on an issue today, but then tomorrow that person may be your only ally,” Cotton said.
