Sondra Perry Video Installation

Sondra Perry, an artist based in New York, will show at two different venues in Fayetteville, AR the last week of June. On June 26, Backspace, located at 541 Meadow St., will host a video installation and an artist’s talk. The event begins at 8:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
On Saturday, June 28, Bottle Rocket Gallery will host a performance by the artist. The event will begin at 8 p.m. at the gallery located at 1495 Finger Rd. in Fayetteville and will be followed by a reception .
Sondra Perry was named in a 2013 Huffington Post article “Black Artists: 30 Contemporary Art Makers Under 40 You Should Know.” She received her BFA from Alfred University in Alfred, NY, attended Skowhegen School of Painting and Sculpture, and is currently enrolled in the MFA program at Columbia University in New York.
