Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for children of Northwest Arkansas will host its annual Playhouse Palooza Construction Bash on Friday, May 2, at Pratt Place Barn in Fayetteville, Ark. Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased online.

“This very special event is in its eleventh year, and we are so grateful for our sponsors and builders that help us pull together this fun experience,” said Crystal Vickmark, executive director, CASA of NWA. “Those who attend and participate in the Playhouse Palooza Construction Bash can make all the difference in the life of a child that has been abused or neglected. Last year we were able to help 450 local children.”

The unique playhouses, which are designed and donated by local architects and builders, are currently on display at the Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville and the Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers. Playhouse designs include a cartoon house and a house with a TV, surround sound and rope lighting.Three of the four playhouses will be auctioned off with one being given away during a raffle drawing the night of the event. Area businesses and artists have also donated items for the event’s silent auction.

The construction bash will feature gourmet cuisine provided by Kruton’s Catering, and beer and wine provided by Glazer. DJ ShortFuse will provide the musical entertainment.
