The case is set to be heard in Federal Court in Little Rock before Judge Brian S. Miller, during the week of January 5, 2015.

This lawsuit was filed by some Mayflower residents who were not evacuated from their homes but who claim negative effects from the pipeline rupture that spewed thousands of gallons of crude oil into streets and yards.

In the final scheduling order, motion for class certification was given a due date of February 3, 2014, discovery is due by August 13, 2014 and all motions, except motions in limine are due by September 8, 2014.
