Gov. Mike Beebe (D) today announced the following appointments to boards and commissions:

John Adams, Little Rock, reappointed to the Arkansas Workforce Investment Board. Appointment expires August 10, 2017.

Sergeant James Benefiel, Harrison, to the Arkansas State Board of Massage Therapy. Appointment expires August 20, 2016. Replaces Gregg Benefiel.

Russell Black, Prairie Grove, reappointed to the State Plant Board. Appointment expires September 30, 2015.

Kenneth Bridges, Ph.D., El Dorado, reappointed to the State Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board. Appointment expires July 31, 2016.

Adam Davis, Bryant, to the Electronic Recording Commission. Appointment expires September 1, 2015. Replaces Larry Crane.

Susan Hanrahan, Ph.D., Jonesboro, reappointed to the Arkansas Tobacco Settlement Commission. Appointment expires October 1, 2017.

Gloria Higginbotham, Marvell, reappointed to the Delta Cultural Center Policy Advisory Board. Appointment expires October 1, 2016.

Karen Holcomb, Pine Bluff, reappointed to the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. Appointment expires October 1, 2017.

Charles “Randy” Humphrey, Fouke, reappointed to the Garland Levee District of Miller County. Appointment expires October 1, 2019.

Terry Imus, North Little Rock, reappointed to the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. Appointment expires October 1, 2017.

Deborah Knox, Mountain Home, to the State Library Board. Appointment expires October 18, 2020. Replaces Linda Bennett.

Christina Littlejohn, Little Rock, to the Arkansas Entertainers Hall of Fame Board. Appointment expires September 1, 2019. Replaces Steve Stephens.

Charles Logan, Fort Smith, reappointed to the Technology Equipment Revolving Loan Fund Committee. Appointment expires June 30, 2016.
