Scott Strauss Wins Bar Foundation Award

The Arkansas Bar Foundation presented its 2012 Writing Award: Legal Category to Barber Law Firm attorney Scott Strauss.
Each year, the organization recognizes outstanding articles published in The Arkansas Lawyer magazine, the signature publication of the Arkansas Bar Association.
Strauss received the award at the Foundation Fellows’ Dinner on June 6, 2012, for an article he wrote in the Fall 2011 issue titled “T
he Arkansas Several Liability ‘Catch 22’: The Civil Justice Reform Act Post Johnson.”
“It is an honor to be recognized by my peers and the Arkansas Bar Foundation,” said Strauss. “The Arkansas Lawyer provides attorneys across the state with timely information, in-depth analysis and helps to advance the legal profession. I'm glad to be a part of that.”
Strauss leads the Barber Law Firm’s Insurance Coverage Practice Group.
